Assessment Centre for Commercial Bank Management Trainees

Kent Ridge consultants were assigned to conduct an Assessment Centre for new management trainees before their final interview. Kent Ridge agreed on a competency framework and developed activities to assess those competencies with the help of a team of professional assessors. The Assessment Centre was held in Dec 2019.  Thereafter, a report consisting of competencies of each candidate was submitted to the Commercial Bank management. 
In 2020 too Kent Ridge  was  assigned to conduct the  Assessment Centre for the new batch of management trainees, however due to the pandemic situation it was abandoned.
